Liberty Science Center presents
Tuesday, May 18th from 1-1:25pm
Animal enrichment is used to encourage the natural behaviors of animals in order to satisfy their physical and psychological needs. This can take many forms, from different foods to physical challenges. Fred Hartmann of LSC will show 1-2 animals taking part in some of the enrichments they do at the science center and then the children will help create an enrichment item for cotton-top tamarins. The presentation will conclude with placing that enrichment item in with the tamarins so they can see how successful they were!

It's time to get moving and help raise funds at our
ANNUAL L-H MOVE-A-THON!
Thursday, May 27th
It's BACK!! This is L-H's annual fundraiser for school improvements for the teachers and students. This year our focus is a custodial lounge refresh. We'd like to make a great space for these unsung heroes of the school, who work tirelessly to keep the school clean and do so much day and night.
Just like before, the Move-A-Thon will be a fun and exciting event while being outdoors and safely distanced for Covid precautions. A DJ will be running the event!
Please share with your families and friends to help support L-H.
Donation link will remain open through the end of May.
Thank you for your generousity and support!
Thank you again for those you contributed and donated to the SEF Spring for Excellence fundraiser, which directly impacts students and staff at each of our 9 public schools. Special Thanks to Abby Horev and Jen Salzman for chairing the event and making it the successful fundraiser it was, (especially during a pandemic!) and the tireless work of the extended volunteer committee who helped make it happen
