The end of the school year is quickly approaching and our kids have worked so hard all year long.  So, it's time to celebrate their accomplishments with an amazing End of School Year Celebration!

This event will have a bouncy slide, a 3-in-1 sports bounce item, and a bouncy obstacle course!  DJ Danny Roselle will be spinning tunes.

REQUIREMENTS: Parents/guardians must submit a completed permission/waiver form to their child's teacher for every student that wishes to participate.  A parent/guardian must have completed the waiver and accompany the student on the day of the event to obtain a wristband and supervise their child during the event.  Please use the link below to sign up (suggested donation $20 per family).

Requirement for Dunk Booth Participation (5th Graders Only)

L-H Dunk Tank Permission/Waiver Form

A completed permission/waiver form must be submitted to your child's teacher for every 5th Grader that wishes to sit in the dunk tank. 

Only printed versions of forms will be accepted.
