During this week and next week, local fitness studios will offer some fun classes to the L-H community. Reconnect with friends after winter break or meet some new ones, try something new, and start the new year off active! The studios will generously donate a portion of the proceeds to benefit L-H. SPARC has so many plans for the new year! First, tickets are now on sale for their biggest (and most entertaining) fundraiser of the year! Join them on Saturday, Jan. 21 at Knights of Columbus for SEOS (SPARC'ling Evening of Stars).
Attendees will enjoy musical selections by current middle and high school theater students and entertaining forensics performances by high school Speech & Debate students. Emceeing the night will be Summit's very own, Danny Roselle!

L-H Cares Update and New Initiative for Fourth-Graders
Thanks to your generosity, L-H Cares was able to collect:
- 17 packs of wipes and 604 diapers for the GRACE Diaper drive - 365 reusable bags for GRACE
- 36 Halloween costumes for GRACE
- 14.4 lbs of stretched plastic
- 20 full bags of food pantry items for Loaves and Fishes food pantry at Saint Teresa’s
Also, the 4th grade will be collecting new or gently used men’s and children’s clothing and shoes from Monday, Jan. 9 through Friday, Jan. 27. Bins will be in the main entrance and by the library.
