This Wednesday, Dec. 7 the fourth- and fifth-graders will hold their holiday concert, with performances by the fourth- and fifth-grade choruses, the fifth-grade select chorus and the fifth-grade band.

Parents are invited to attend either the 9 am dress rehearsal, or the 7 pm evening performance.

We've got a shopping fundraiser happening with the new housewares shop in town, Maison 53, this Wednesday, Dec. 7. The owner, a former L-H parent, has generously offered to donate 20% of sales to L-H, so it's a great opportunity to do some holiday shopping AND give back to our school! Just mention L-H when shopping.

Please join us on Friday, Dec. 9 at 9 am in the cafeteria for a talk with Abigail Emerson, District Literacy Coach, and Dena Leslie, Instructional Facilitator, about what you can do with your child at home to support math and literacy skills.  All parents/guardians welcome!

L-H Cares will be collecting diapers for GRACE starting Monday, Dec. 5 through Wednesday, Dec. 21. They specifically need larger-sized diapers and packages of wipes. If you can donate anything it would be greatly appreciated!

The second part of the District's Nurtured Heart Parenting Class takes place Monday, Dec. 5 at 9 am at Summit High School.

To conclude SPARC's 10-Day Giving TEN$day, campaign, they will be holding a Holiday Sip & Shop on Thursday, Dec. 8 from 6:30 - 9 pm at Quartet in Chatham.
