Final L-H Cares Initiative a Success!
The fifth graders did a fabulous job of collecting toiletries for local clinic Health Start; they promoted the program, made signs and overall, were a success! Thanks to the Buccola Boys for sorting through the collections and counting our goods! The collection totals were:
57 Toothbrushes
24 Toothpastes
300 Toothpicks
20 Bars of Soap
5 Lotions
8 Deodorants
7 Shampoos
6 Mouthwash containers
4 Toilet Paper rolls
And that's a wrap on LH Cares initiatives for the year. We are so proud of our Lincoln Pride for committing to local and community oriented organizations. Each of our grade levels exceeded the goals we had and we're hoping learned a valuable lesson of what it means to lend a hand and give to others.
